Rental Requirements
We accept section 8 and subsidy housing. The requirements for our property can be found on the listing, in the description section. The typical requirements for our properties are as follows:
- $300 move in fee
- Minimum 650 credit score
- Income must be minimum of three times the monthly rent
- No evictions
- Credit and Background check required
- Home Visit Required
- Other conditions Apply
The income requirements do not apply to section 8 and subsidy housing participants. Any information in the listing supersedes the requirements posted here.
